Hi, I’m Alyssa Clark.
I am convinced that people are deeply valuable because of each person’s unique experience and knowledge. It is a privilege to be forever learning and building off the discoveries of others.
I have worked in knowledge management and project management for over six years in the nuclear industry and developed a passion for facilitating individual growth and organizational innovation through a lens that values intentional knowledge management. I am particularly interested in studying and developing methodologies that support not only documentation of knowledge but socialization and externalization of knowledge we hold but that is difficult to articulate.
I worked with international groups addressing knowledge management as part of the Nuclear Energy Agency Secretariat for four years, contributing and leading expert collaborations and international guidance on knowledge management for nuclear organizations. I became a formally nominated Delegate of the United States to both the Nuclear Energy Agency and the International Atomic Energy Agency from July 2022 until September 2025.
For the past three years, I worked as a knowledge management specialist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, designing knowledge management strategies, consulting with various organizations, and managing knowledge management programs that established the gold standard for the DOE complex.
I have a BA in philosophy and have always been intrigued by the science of rhetoric and discourse.
Concipio Knowledge Management LLC is in its inception and I would be thrilled to help you and your organization with knowledge management strategies and tactics that optimize the invaluable resources you have in your knowledgeable staff (past, present, and future).
