Option 1 - Specific KM Issue
This option is great for organizations that have already clearly identified a looming KM issue and would like expert guidance on the root of the challenges and most effective solutions (practices, processes, tools, etc.)
Option 2 - Technical Knowledge Sharing Workshop
Organizations that want to disseminate expertise they currently have in-house among a few experts to more staff can work with Concipio to plan and execute a knowledge sharing workshop.

Rates for presentations and workshops start at $350 for a 1-hour event. The price increases by $100 for every additional hour. There may be an additional cost for an involved summary or deliverable of the event.

This tool is particularly good for leadership development and training for roles or tasks that do not have standard solutions and are often complex and multi-factored.

We will facilitate an exercise where participants split into small groups to work through the scenario, asking them to develop an expert mindset, identify problems and resources, outline the steps of problem solving, and receive feedback from senior experts.

Assessments
A knowledge management assessment is a methodical evaluation of an organization’s current practices, tools, and strategies as well as the active challenges. A KM assessment identifies the areas where an organization is doing well in terms of KM and gaps or needs.
Often, KM assessments are carried out using a maturity model. Concipio assessments do not use such models as they can be rigid and ineffective for developing plans of action that suit the organization’s mission and capability needs.
Instead, Concipio carries out assessments around indicators of organizational health and staff competency - e.g., feelings of autonomy, access to information, confidence in decision-making, transparent communication channels, and the existence of documented expectations (processes, training, etc.).
